Look, the Left is about gaining power. This is the message that libertarians need to hammer home.
As I have said, because it is about power for them they can easily justify in their minds any means to do anything. They will lie and distort to shut down opposing views. I repeat, they are about gaining power they are the opposite from freedom advocates.
Hayek taught us this in The Road to Serfdom:
The principle that the end justifies the means is an individualist ethics regardes as the denial of all morals. In collectivist ethics it becomes necessary necessarily the supreme rule; there is little literally nothing which to consistent collectivist must not be prepared to do if it serves "the good of the whole" because "the good of the whole" is to him the only criterion of what ought to be done.
The raison d'état in which collectivist ethics has found its most explicit formulation knows no other limit than that set by expediency--the suitability of the particular act for the end in view ... There can be no limit to what its citizens must be prepared to do . No act which his conscience must prevent him from committing, if i is necessary for and an end which the community has set itself of which his superiors ordered him to achieve .
They appear to be very confident at present because they are launching attacks and coming out more into the open.Activist editors are now attempting to shape reality by omitting any mention of Sarah Jeong's racist tweets from her Wikipedia page, despite this being the most noteworthy issue in her career.— Paul Joseph Watson (@PrisonPlanet) August 6, 2018
This is truly Orwellian. This is the electronic memory hole.https://t.co/fxMGS1ETTM
We are in a very dangerous period.

Does anyone still think that preaching non-aggression will somehow defeat these people?
ReplyDeleteOf course. Combine that with the atomization of the liberty movement because working together with others is 'collectivism', and you have a recipe for the complete overhaul of society! /s

Please. That's true with as much of the right as it is with the left.
