Trump Is Appealing To The Tribal Instinct This Morning

Trump just tweeted out a typical bait and switch street hustler comment:

But the problem is not ICE going after MS-13 members, which local police could go after, but rather Trump policy that resulted in "tougher and smarter" ICE agents lying to mothers and saying they were going to give the mothers' children baths when in fact they were taking the children away from the mothers.

Trump will use as much violence as he thinks he can get away with and he continues to promote the government thugs that will exercise the violence.

I fear government agents much more than MS-13 members.

MS-13 is indeed a dangerous gang but the agents of the state will summarily execute you on the spot for what seems to be, in their minds, the worst crime one can commit: contempt of cop. Their judgment is swift and sentence is unappealable.

Agents for the state show special cruelty towards family pets. You know, the same pathology serial killers show.

  3. I won’t see any MS-13 this whole day today. But I will see Big State everywhere I look today.
The US has the largest, most expensive government the world has ever known.
And tomorrow the US culture is going to worship the State and it’s war murderers.
Yeah, let’s keep that great culture going. It’s so Life, Liberty and Property.

    1. Not to mention that the only reason gangs are able to bankroll and arm themselves is because of the black market that the state creates with the war on (some) drugs.

    2. Exactly, everyone laughed at Nick Young aka Swaggy P after he proposed legalizing blow after Golden State won the championship, but there wouldn’t be as many immigrants flooding over the border to escape cartel violence if we did that. And less money for the prison industrial complex fleecing taxpayers/currently being propped up by Trump/Sessions/Vanilla ICE

"If we can't stamp them out, we'll breed them out!" How long before Der Führer decides to make the children 'disappear'?

  5. It's not a choice as to who to "fear" more, gangs or ice. That's a silly false choice, framing the argument as If there were no other options. Why fear anyone?

As far as ice, they don't necessarily go looking for ms13, but they do indeed arrest them if they come upon them. They did so just this week- also stopped a big rig full of aliens being smuggled across the Laredo checkpoint in the back of a hot trailer - very dangerous. They found many drug smugglers and human traffickers and rescued many aliens in the past month who were in distress from heat, yes including mothers with babies.

So to constantly propagandize as if border agents are something to fear is absurd and irrational.

Yes there are degenerate asshole border agents, I've come across some and put them in their place on camera , in videos which get millions of views. They have no right to demand answers at a checkpoint or to wake up sleeping passengers. They can ask what they want, but as those hilarious "checkpoint refusal" vids illustrate, Americans arent obligated to answer, any more than we are obligated to talk to police on the street.

So there is a rational middle ground. We don't have to worship border cops, but don't have to fear them either. Have you ever been out of the country?? I assume you have. Unlike the majority of Americans, who dont even have a passport, I actualy have a very used one, I've been to 30 countries, and guess what? There are border agents in every country. To be paranoid of them or to feel the need to obsessively demonize them is simply absurd and strange.

    1. Wow great post. A voice of reason is hard to find here these days.

    2. Why is it strange? We demonize politicians all day long, even though all they do is sit around and talk.

YOU can do whatever the fvck you like. *I* don't worship border cops nor do I have to, and *I* have every right to fear their arbitrariness and excess power over my life and of those I love.

── There are border agents in every country. ──

I bet there are disease-ridden prostitutes in every country as well. That doesn't provide justification for their activities one bit. Ubiquity is NOT an argument.

── To be paranoid of them or to feel the need to obsessively demonize them is simply absurd and strange. ──

It's not like they have a penchant for shooting dogs or unarmed black people in the back, right?

      Please.

    4. @pimemto thanks, here is one of my articles with video that Lew Rockwell ran on his website a few years ago. The video is of my shouting at power-mad border DHS agents who fled like rats once I turned on the camera.

  6. Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf was asked about ICE the other day on Cuomo Prime time. She was good:

  7. Well, I'm sure these MS 13 fellows are just the kind of 'natural libertarians' you open border libertardians want to live next to. Heck, after raping your wife and daughter they might be able to make you a deal you can't refuse.
