Via San Diego Tribune: As of 11:40 a.m., police said the woman had slid underneath a parked car on the 8th floor of the the San Diego Concourse parking structure at 100 W. C Street and was holding a gun to her face. UPDATE 9 Suspect in active shooter situation in custody. There is no longer a threat and the marathon is resuming.

The woman, who is in her 50s but has not been identified, was allegedly firing an air soft gun in the air and putting the weapon to her own head on the eighth floor of a parking garage on First Avenue and C Street, according to KSWB-TV.
Police fired several shots at her and missed, but one cop accidentally shot himself in the leg.

The reports of gunfire from the roof appear to be the shots fired by the police.
No civilians were injured.
