What's Demeter Direct Hiding?

Stormy Daniel's lawyer Michael Avenatti says that Michael Cohen's firm, Essential Consultants, who received money from American companies for "consultatiions" about the president, sent large sums of money to a Los Angeles company called Demeter Direct Inc.
