The non-disclosure agreements Trump uses have a discloser penalty far exceeding the amount paid for confidentiality. This makes these NDA’s threats of aggression when enforced. If the party that accepted a sum of money in exchange for being silent later wants out of the NDA, and is willing to return the money they were paid in order to be able to speak freely, they can’t do so due to this disclosure penalty. This is legal suppression of speech and violates the NAP.
