Rand Paul's heroic and principled refusal to support the out-of-control spending bill is forcing Congress to go to Plan B to pass the out-of-control spending.
Members of Congress will now have to pull an all-nighter and go through various procedural votes to get the spending bill passed.

This is wonderful for Rand’s image. He’s the conservative with a capital ‘C’; he’s outconserving both parties as they watch him in the spotlight.
