Jacob Rees-Mogg Becomes Favorite to Replace Theresa May as Tory Leader

Despite being an MP for just seven years, spending that time on the back benches, Betfair and PaddyPower are offering odds of just 4/1 for Jacob Rees-Mogg to become the next leader of the Conservativ Party, reports the UK's Express.

He is ahead of Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson, Home Secretary Amber Rudd, Chancellor Philip Hammond, Scottish Conservatives leader Ruth Davidson, and Brexit Secretary David Davis.

Notes The Express:
The 48-year-old has won support, especially with younger voters, for his no-nonsense attitude towards a hard Brexit as well as his eccentric behaviour.
