UPDATE 7 UPDATE 8 Kelley is a former U.S. Air Force member who served from 2010 to 2014. He received a dishonorable discharge and was court martialed in May 2014, CBS News reported3. An armed citizen apparently ended Kelley’s rampage when he engaged the shooter in gunfire—-causing him to flee.

  1. It turns out the REAL "first responder" was an ordinary citizen with a gun. He bravely confronted the killer because he wasn't concerned about "officer safety".
