Urban Primitives Introduce Themselves to New Jersey Family Visiting Baltimore

There are two major government failures here.

First, this is what the public school system is creating with LBJ's great-grandkids.

Second, it is interesting that, in the above video, T.J. Smith, the Baltimore Police Department's chief spokesman, says that the Baltimore police can't have police on every corner. But why can't they in a high trafficked visitor area where urban primitives are known to roam?

Only a government employee would say, "We can't."
