Maryland Governor Candidate Would Have ICE Agents Arrested

Oh, this is good.

Alec Ross, a candidate for governor of Maryland says that if he is elected, he will have State Troopers arrest any Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Agents who violate state laws and individual rights. He says in an interview “I swear to God if the ICE Officers violate the rights of the citizens and guests of us here in the State of Maryland, I will have State Troopers arrest the ICE Officers.”

  1. When he says 'guests', does he mean the motor-voter-registered, criminal-alien army?

  2. While I love this statement, unfortunately this dude otherwise looks like a big-time statist from his recent tweets (wants to raise the minimum wage, invest in "public transportation", etc.)

  3. Where does he stand on the 2nd Amendment? I would guess that right is ok to be violated.

  4. When you have criminal gangs who will violate your rights (in this case state coproaches and federal coproaches) sometimes the best solution is to turn them on each other.

  5. Awesome. I would bet that, by his comments, he has picked-up the idea of State Nullification---and especially of "Interposition"---from Tom Woods's excellent book, "Nullification: How to Resist Federal Tyranny in the 21st Century."

  6. America’s immigration policy was mainly for “white people of good character” for 100+ years, and America was 85% non-Hispanic white until the Ted Kennedy's 1965 immigration act which was passed with the promise that it wouldn’t change the demographics.
