Below is the full statement of Kim Jong-un following comments by President Donald Trump in a speech at the United Nations where he called Kim the rocket man and threatened to "totally destroy" North Korea.
In Kim's statement, he calls
Trump mentally deranged and a dotard.
Trump just announced new sanctions on North Korea. It does not appear that is going the way Trump expected---unless he is trying to coax Kim into war.
