White House Says Maduro Requested a Call With Trump Today, Was Rejected

The great negotiator sure doesn't like to talk to people.

Threatening them with military force seems to be his standard mode of operation.

    Interesting that the demand is for "democracy" to be restored, not "liberty." Many statists see those two words as synonyms. But one is a process, and the other an outcome. The two are not necessarily connected.
