Your town used to be compared favorably as Baghdad-by-the-Bay. I know people refer to it as Chi-raq, but to ensure US responsibility is credited for destroying the namesake, maybe Baghdad-by-the-Lake is more apropos.
Those names are appropriate as the US military may be moving in soon on El Jefe's orders.
A private neighborhood with private streets, sidewalks and schools that can vet and restrict residents and visitors would be a good place to start.
