Or maybe, there are just criminals, and it's foolish to throw away the benefits of immigration because of a fear of something that exists with or without it.
DeleteThe better argument you on the alt right seem to never want to make is that terrorism from ISIS and the like is decentralized. There is US terrorism, it's institutional, through the empire's military and proxies.
You might consider, if you're worried about criminals being in this country, starting with those going around the world, terrorizing populations and destabilizing whole regions.
Then at least you could make the argument that it's prudent to not let in the potentially aggrieved and grudged victims of our institutional terrorism into the US.
Instead, all we ever hear is how they're born evil, want do destroy us, and are coming here to do so.
It's almost as if there's no deeper analysis at all.
