I hear there was not a hint of poverty when Catherine II visited Potemkin Village in 1787, either.
This guy needs to be put out to pasture. "In theory it may be true"? That SA is a totalitarian regime? Maybe he was just thinking on how nice it would be if he could have it that way in the U.S., in theory.
