Will Grigg RIP

Will Grigg passed away on Wednesday after a series of hospitalizations. He was 54.

He was a great fighter for liberty and a writer I always look forward to reading. His specialty was reporting on the evil ways of government police.

He was a libertarian warrior that will be missed by the entire libertarian community but we will never forget his message.

He made a mark.

Will is survived by his wife Korrin and six children.

  1. Such a great voice for liberty, he refused to be an apologist for the police state after those cowards at the New American fired him for writing about said police state. I discovered Grigg on LRC around 2007, so sad to see him gone.

  3. I too feel a huge void left by Will's passing. But oddly, I didn't always look forward to reading one of his columns. They were so well researched and so well written that as time went on, I found it increasingly difficult to get through them. The callousness and depravity they documented in government thugs was almost impossible to believe ... yet was incontrovertibly true. It was almost like watching a movie of a WWII concentration camp. The psyche of our rulers today appears to be every bit as twisted, though of course the number of murders they've committed has not ramped up as much in America. Yet. Will threw all that in our faces, one excruciating example at a time, and it hurt.

Among his accomplishments, Will was the best extemporaneous speaker I ever recall having heard. When interviewed, he could answer challenging questions with long but clear and perfectly constructed sentences that flowed as if he were reading from a script.

I wish there were some way we could bring Will back.

    1. I felt the same. Every article was sure to delve deep in to some atrocity. I even expressed as much in an email.

Has anyone set up a GoFundMe for his family?
