The good news for the world is that most people are burned out on AGW hysteria and don't want to spend a dime on Gore's proposed "solutions". As for politicians, they all want to make noises about making changes, but then they blow it off. Again, good.
Clearly whatever the problem is, the solution must be some unaccountable remote supra-national tribunal that siphons of the wealth of the productive class because they are obviously guilty of something. Even if they have to make up what that something is.
