Ted Cruz's Full Closing Statement from CNN Debate Night on Obamacare


So if Cruz wants to get government out of healthcare, why is he talking about expanding government created health savings accounts and block grants to states? This isn't free market health care, it is Republican central planning instead of Democratic central planning.
