What Trump Likely Meant When He Said We Would Learn More About Who Did the DNC Hacking

On Saturday, President-elect Donald Trump told the news media that he knows "things that other people don't know" about Russian hacking allegations.

When asked what Trump knows that other people don't know, Trump responded, "You'll find out on Tuesday or Wednesday."

He probably had advance word on the Sean Hannity interview that begins airing on his show on Tuesday, where Julain Assange told Hannity that the DNC email leak did not come from the Russians.

FOX has just released a transcript of part of the interview:
HANNITY: Can you say to the American people, unequivocally, that you did not get this information about the DNC, John Podesta's emails, can you tell the American people 1,000 percent that you did not get it from Russia or anybody associated with Russia?
JULIAN ASSANGE: Yes. We can say, we have said, repeatedly that over the last two months that our source is not the Russian government and it is not a state party.

Hannity's full interview with Assange will air Tuesday night at 10pm ET.

  1. Hannity / Assange. Strange bedfellows. To quote the great Firesign Theater: "Everything You Know is Wrong".
