"I'm signing an executive action to begin a great rebuilding of the armed services of the United States, developing a plan for new planes, new ships new resources, and new tools for our men and women in uniform, and I'm very proud to be doing that," President Trump said.
The order also asks for a joint review by the Defense Department and Office of Management and Budget for a "military readiness emergency budget amendment," which would increase military spending this year.

Shortly after the election, David Stockman was predicting a Federal budget deficit of over $2,000,000,000,000 for President Trump's first fiscal year in office. No wonder Trump plans on hiring new tax collectors to go after American taxpayers, he suspects they have not been parasitized suitably to protect them from potential harm.
