North Korea is believed to have built two missiles, possibly intercontinental ballistic missiles and placed them on mobile launchers with the intent to test-fire them in the near future, Yonhap reports.
Stratfor notes that Pyongyang may have intentionally leaked reports on the new missiles as way to send a strategic message to the incoming Trump administration.
