This is Why the CIA is Trying to Takeout Trump

There is CIA method to the CIA leaks coming out via The Washington Post and The New York Times that Russian hackers played a role in getting Donald Trump elected.

The CIA is fighting for its methods of operations and its life. They are trying to overturn the November election by getting Electoral College members to not vote for Trump.

Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI), who recently visited Trump at Trump Tower, is in sync with Trump's view on CIA regime change. Over the weekend, she denounced the US policy of regime change and support for radical Islamic terror in Syria, accusing the CIA of direct material support to the terrorists.

Unfortunately, Gabbard, an Iraq war veteran, and Trump want to fight in the Middle East using other methods. They want to fight based on the military methods advanced  by retired Lt. General Michael Flynn and other military, rather than the complex CIA methods of financing and supporting various radical nutjobs in the region. .

If Trump actually becomes President, it is over for the CIA, Military Intelligence will be in charge.

This is not necessarily a positive from a libertarian perspective. The MI  crowd is a bunch of nutjobs, just a different bunch than the CIA.

But make no  mistake, this is a major league Deep State battle: The CIA vs. Military Intelligence.

UPDATE

John Schindler, "former" spook writes:
Declaring war on the spooks is always a bad idea in Washington, while for a president-elect to do so before his inauguration is unprecedented. It’s especially unwise for Trump, whose longtime relationship with Moscow is well known in the IC, including its less-than-savory aspects. Mike Hayden, the former director of both CIA and NSA, spoke for our spies in a new interview, expressing the IC’s outrage at Trump’s blowing them off with insults: “To have an assessment dismissed, frankly, because it was unpleasant? That’s just not acceptable.“
Team Trump seems to have a short-term memory problem, since we all just witnessed Hillary Clinton’s undoing in EmailGate, which helped drag her campaign down to defeat. Once word got out about her mishandling of classified information, which the Democratic nominee tried to blame on everyone but herself—including the spooks—the outraged IC retaliated by leaking just how bad EmailGate really was. I know, because I broke a lot of those stories right here.
Trump, being new to Washington, doesn’t know that when you declare war on the spies, the spies always win in the end.

  1. Has Donald Trump ever heard the story of how Allen Dulles was forced out as head of the CIA by President Jack Kennedy on November 29, 1961, only to end up as one of the seven members of the Warren Commission three years later?

Trump is making enemies around the world, and appears to have no working knowledge of history, or understand how dangerous his lack of historic awareness is to himself, and others who will suffer because of it. Donald appears to have a huge need to stroke his ego by showing the world the bluster, and gravitas of America's new mafia boss. In that case, is Donald Trump familiar with the story of what happened to Sonny Corleone in the Godfather movie in 1972, or was he too busy emulating Sonny Corleone to watch the cinema classic in his youth?

With every passing day I get the sense that everything he touches will blow up in our faces in short order. Blow back is coming, big time. Can I close my eyes now?

  2. Can't Gary and Lloyd from GS fix this up for Trump? It appears everyone is going to still get paid so what's the problem? Are these spooks really going to go off the deep end based on some perceived "diss" from Trump? Is this how it all ends?

  3. Trump didn't declare war on the "Intelligence Community". They are attacking Trump.

As for John Schindler, he is a neocon nutjob that writes the XX Committee blog.

  4. One would think that the CIA would assume that it can roll or capture Trump's administration soon enough. Seems stupid to do things to really catch his attention and his irritation at this point. The risks of regicide are substantial.

Upon what meat doth this our Caesar feed
That he is grown so great? Age, thou art shamed!
Rome, thou hast lost the breed of noble bloods!
When went there by an age, since the great flood,
But it was famed with more than with one man?
When could they say till now, that talked of Rome,
That her wide walks encompassed but one man?
Now is it Rome indeed, and room enough,
When there is in it but one only man.
