OMG The War Hawks Are in Charge

The Washington Post reports:
A former U.S. official with ties to the Trump team described the ousters of [Mike] Rogers and others as a “bloodletting of anybody that associated in any way on the transition with [Chris]Christie,” and said that the departures were engineered by two Trump loyalists who have taken control of who will get national security posts in the administration: retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn and Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner.
I don't think people realize the seriousness of what is going on.

Flynn holds the insane view that "We're in a world war, but very few Americans recognize it..."

He thinks the war will "probably last through several generations."

And he has written:
Most American mistakenly believe that peace is the normal condition of mankind, while war is some weird aberration. Actually, it is the other way around.
With this guy near Trump, it is a certainty that Trump is going to put U.S. boots on the ground in the Middle East within the first 100 days of his presidency--and that is just for starters.

  1. I agree with your contention that Flynn is a crazy warmonger based on these book quotes. That being said, he was behind the 2012 DIA report stating the US either actively or passively created and or supports ISIS. Then there was Colin Powell dissing him on Wikileaks. That's a positive in my book. The Deep State establishment may get shaken up and some former realities may get realigned. I've read that Obama is already directing the bombing of Al-Nusra rather than supporting it sub rosa. For better or worse, the real Trump foreign policy is yet to be seen.

It's simply as expected. Are you surprised?

  3. They've already made it known ISIS is priority. There will be a major escalation in the middle east war very soon.

  4. OMG. Trump holds phone call with Putin to discuss bettering relations between the US and Russia.

How about reaching across the aisle and putting Tulsi Gabbard in the toss up for Secretary of State-- she is young, but has served in Iraq and has opposed US aid to the Syrian rebels. She's shown much better judgment on foreign policy than neocon codgers like Bolton and Gingrich.

  5. Ratings for the NFL are in the toilet supposedly because the protests during the Nation Anthem by a minority of athletes were disrespectful of the men and women in uniform, and were a sacrilege to our holy anthem. President Trump might soon look for a director to remake the film "Triumph of The Will" by Leni Riefenstahl to elevate our spirits as the neocons in his administration prepare the public for their penitent sacrifice in World War III.

This nation has become a degenerate asylum for the insane, and there is no hope of escape from it's tyrannical grip.
