HOT Manafort Out as Trump Campaign Manager

Donald Trump has named Kellyanne Conway as campaign manager to replace Paul Mnafort.

Conway runs a polling company and has done work for  the late Congressman Jack Kemp; President Reagan’s pollster, Richard Wirthlin; Congressmen Marsha Blackburn, Lee Zeldin, Steve King; Vice President Dan Quayle; former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich; Sens. Fred Thompson and Ted Cruz, and Gov. Mike Pence.

Trump also named  Stephen Bannon, executive editor of Breitbart News,as chief executive. He will travel with Trump and have “strategic oversight of major campaign initiatives."

Bannon also was a naval officer and once worked as an investment banker for Goldman Sachs. He will temporarily be stepping down from his role with Breitbart News.

Manafort will remain as Campaign Chairman.
