Police Counter-Protest Tactics in the 21st Century

In the below clip, police officers are seen swarming a specific individual at protests and arresting him.

In the first clip, it appears the protester was not violating any law.  The arrested protester is Black Lives Matter activist DeRay McKesson.

What is going on here is police taking out protest leaders.

I witnessed it personally during the Trayvon Martin protests in Oakland. The police would go into a crowd and go after a specific individual that they seem to have pre-identified.

Via a live stream of the  2012 NATO Summit in Chicago, I saw the same this tactic also used.

They know who they want.

    I consider this kind of behavior on the part of cops to be one of the strongest proofs of how far the nation has descended from the rule of law into the rule of thugs.
