Trump Takes Credit for NATO Creating a New Intelligence Chief Post

Following a  WSJ report that NATO is moving to create a new intelligence chief post to help improve U.S., European information sharing on terrorism and other threats, Donald Trump quickly responded by taking credit in a tweet for the NATO move.

Hopefully, this will make it clear to libertarian fanboys of Trump a point I have been making for some time. When Trump calls NATO obsolete, he does not mean that he wants to shut the organization down, but rather he wants to restructure it as a joint US-European "terroist" fighting group---which of course means an organization that will invade the privacy of Americans and Europeans much more aggressively.

Some revolution this guy is leading. It is going in the absolute wrong direction.

Hope springs eternal. He's building a wall, remember? Some 'libertarians' seem to think that this side of Paradise needs one.

Remember when Ron Paul argued during the presidential debates in 2012 that a wall could be used by the state to keep people in? Remember the laughter that statement provoked? Today, El Trumpo is talking about building a wall and keeping manufacturers hostage inside this country. Paul words now sound prophetic. And this is the guy Lew Rockwell is seemingly defending from the "Gringo-hating" judge - something I read yesterday in his blog which made me recoil in horror.

  2. The Good Doctor was the last voice of sanity that will be heard in the public arena. Everyone since, his son included, are co-opted by the system. Trump will disappoint too, given the opportunity.
