POLL: Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump Are Deadlocked

Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are deadlocked according to a Quinnipiac University survey released on Wednesday.

The poll found that 42 percent of voters supported Clinton while 40 percent backed Trump.

According to  Quinnipiac, voters view Trump as being stronger on the economy and better suited to handle terrorism, while Clinton is seen as more trusted by voters on immigration and handling international crises.

Clinton also gets higher marks when it comes to being prepared to be president and for her intelligence, but Trump beats her on leadership and honesty.

  1. The Brexit vote proves once again that polling is mostly hocus pocus and is about as scientific as phrenology. All polling is propaganda and reflects the unstated preferences of pollsters. Even the vaunted prediction markets got it completely wrong on the Brexit vote. It's going to be a very interesting election year and the polling industry will not come out of it with it's undeserved reputation intact.
