Today, Donald Trump released a list of potential Supreme Court nominees, a list he stated some time ago that he would provide.
Trump stated that if he becomes president, "I plan to use this list as a guide to nominate our next United States Supreme Court Justices."
Imagine my surprise. There were 11 potential nominees listed but the great libertarian and constitutionalist Judge Andrew Napolitano was not among those named.
