Government Solves a Problem

Officials at George Bush International Airport in Houston were getting complaints about passengers luggage taking too long to arrive, so they moved the baggage claim area farther away from the gates. Passengers now spend more time walking-- not waiting-- and complaints dropped as people perceive the time to get their bags as being shorter.
