[R]emarks [by new campaign chief, Paul Manafort] suggest Mr. Trump is conducting something of an inside-outside campaign simultaneously, railing against what he calls a “corrupt” process in public to win over anti-establishment Republicans while sending Mr. Manafort to assure party stalwarts of his true intentions.
Bottom line: The dealmaker smells the goal line and will cut the deals necessary to get over the line.
