Hillary Clinton will make an appearance tjhis morning at Stanford University to deliver a speech on counterterrorism in the wake of deadly bombings in Belgium.
Clinton is scheduled to give her speech at 11:15 a.m. at the Bechtel Conference Center at Encina Hall, located at 616 Serra Mall, according to her campaign.
