Club for Growth to Spend $2 Million on Anti-Trump Ads

The Establishment bombardment continues.

Club for Growth Action,  the“super PAC” wing of Club for Growth,  is going on television with $2 million in ads against Donald Trump in Illinois, where Republicans will hold a primary on March 15, reports NYT.

If anyone ever believed Club for Growth was not an establishment tool, this ad buy should change that perspective.


The key C of G issues, as identified on their website, are lower taxes and the end of Obamacare. On these particular issues, Trump is the best candidate. He is for lower taxes and he is against teh most wicked part of Obamacare, the individual mandate,
