Stone is slightly off when saying that Trump won every county in SC. Rubio won both Richland and Charleston counties, wherein reside the progressive enclaves of the state. My guess is that progressives took advantage of the open primary and crossed over to vote for Rubio there more than other counties. Those two counties are also responsible for Rubio's 2nd place showing. Remove them and the remaining counties follow a pattern of Trump 1st, Cruz 2nd, and Rubio 3rd.
