My Pick for the Supreme Court

Judge Andrew Napolitano

Murray Sabrin emails:

Just finished a radio show with the four other guests. One of the initial questions was who do you recommend to fill Justice Scalia's seat on the Supreme Court. My choice, New Jersey's own, former Superior Court judge and Fox Senior Judicial Analyst, Andrew Napolitano, the great defender of individual liberty.

  1. Oh, that would be SO GREAT. Afraid to hope. Maybe a pressure campaign? He
IS popular, even among the Fox masses.

If Sanders would agree to these 4 conditions I would grudgingly support him...at least I would prefer him over Trump.

  2. If there were ever a time to speak on it, it's now.

  3. I seriously doubt any presidential candidate currently running would dare to actually appoint someone with the integrity to actually enforce the Constitution and restrict the president's powers. Could see someone like Ted Cruz namedrop him in a transparent pander to libertarians, but he wouldn't actually pick him once in office.

  4. Someone who knows Rodger Stone should ask him to tell Trump if he wants to seal the deal, Trump should say he will nominate The Judge. Trump would garner huge amounts of voting Libertarians I bet, and he would steal all the libertarians that are for some reason supporting Cruz.

    1. Good point. Would throw a bone to the libertarian camp and not fail to satisfy Republican constitutionalists as well. Unconventionality of choice would also enhance Trump campaign brand vs. all other mainstream unknown judges.

    2. I would pledge to vote Trump if this were the bargain. But I still probably wouldn't actually go out and vote on election day.
