Roscoe: Jesse is Not Meeting His "Obligations," Get Me Out of Here

"Damn, Roscoe again."
Roscoe Howard, the high-powered attorney who represented Jesse Benton in his first trial in Iowa over charges that Jesse was involved in buying an under the table Ron Paul endorsement from then-Iowa senator Kent Sorenson, has filed papers with the court asking permission to be removed from the second trial Jesse faces becasue Jesse has not met his "obligations," even though, Roscoe states in the filing, Jesse has been reminded many times of his obligations.
