Politically Correct Law Enforcement and Media Coverage

We now know that the two killers in yesterday's attack in San Bernadino, California were of Middle Eastern background, Syed Rizwan Farook, 28, and Tashfeen Malik, 27.

But when did police and news media know the skin color of those that attacked?

There was no mention of it by mainstream media while the two were on the loose, nor was there any mention of it during police briefings. The only mention of color was the color of the SUV the attackers fled in, which was described as "dark."

So we have crazed killers on the loose and the police are putting out a description of what they know about the attackers, presumably to keep the public alert and also for potential tips. But here's the thing, witnesses to the attack must have told the police that the attackers were of light brown skin.

Martin Hill informs me that, early on, police scanners carried descriptions of the attackers as driving a dark SUV and of light brown skin color, possibly Middle Eastern or Hispanic.

Heaven forbid getting all the information out on crazed killers to the public if it might in some slight way offend an ethnic or racial group.

And that's how law enforcement "protects" you, and mainstream media, which surely was monitoring the police scanners, provides you with all the information they have to help you stay safe.
