Several witnesses stated on camera for the record that never got any airtime in court that there were other shooters and gas canisters were tossed from the other or opposite side of the theater where the guy in Batman costume stood. James Holmes was found subdued outside in the back of the theater in 1.5 minutes after the 911 call. There's your patsy.

The clip from CNN you posted as well as my clip on Chief Oates are all about the speed and precision and exactness of first-responders. And the grief they suffer from having to put their lives on the line as they battle ever more dangerous and random chaos that is consuming our cities. Note how Chief Oates begins to tear up.
