Jeb Bush: We Need to “Phase Out” Medicare...

...which is a good idea, but, of course, he is a crony, so he doesn't want to end the idea of government involvement in medical care, he wants to replace it with a plan that benefits his cronies.

BTW:  Bush said this at a Koch-funded organization event.
