Remember the chutzpah of Marco Rubio in presenting his Presidential plan for Europe? Well, it turns out Rubio's European subjects would only comprise a tiny fraction of his Empire. We Americans would comprise just a small portion as well.
As President, according to Rubio's "foreign policy doctrine," his dominion would encompass the following:
"As president, I will use American power to oppose any violations of international waters, airspace, cyberspace, or outer space."Here comes The Sun King.
