BREAKING No Charges Against Wisconsin Copper Who Shot Unarmed Teen

The Madison, Wisconsin district attorney, Ismael R. Ozanne, outlined the details of the event and the investigation that caused him to reach the decision not to bring charges against copper Matt Kenny  .

Based on what he outlined, the decision appears to be justified.
