BREAKING: Rahm Emanuel Has Been Re-Elected in Chicago

It will stay Rahmaland.

ABC News in Chicago is projecting that Rahm Emanuel has won re-election by defeating  challenger Jesus 'Chuy' Garcia, in a runoff vote.

UPDATE

With more than 70 percent of the vote counted, Emanuel has a double-digit lead and Garcia has called Emanuel to concede, an official with Garcia’s campaign said, according to NYT.

    All that happened was Rahm had to find room for those Democrats booted out of Springfield who he initially told to take a hike.
