San Francisco Spending $3 Million A Year To Clean Up Homeless Encampments (So the Homeless Can Move Right Back)

I have no idea what Rudy Giuliani did with the homeless when he was mayor of NYC. But I sure wish he would tell San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee the trick.

    After taxing them of everything he had Guliani likely put them in Rikers.

    Guiliani arrested them all on loitering/vagrancy/whatever BS charges cops could conjure up

    This is a very odd tract for you to take Mr. Wenzel - wishing the gov't thugs would kidnap individuals who haven't violated the NAP
