Why US Propaganda Efforts are Being Blown Away by Russia's RT

I am interviewed on RT about John Kerry’s appearance on Capitol Hill to demand more money for the US overseas propaganda budget. Kerry is furious that stations like RT are gaining a larger audience in the US and abroad while Washington D.C.’s propaganda is being disregarded.
