conservatives are bashing Obama for not showing up or sending anyone to attend. I think, in light of his own scandals regarding the first amendment, probably was a good idea he doesn't go stand should to shoulder with the likes of these.
ReplyDeleteI was there. Surrounded by dozens of police, the posers shook hands, hugged the families of the victims, walked 200 yards, and high-tailed it out of there. Eric Holder was in town and didn't even feel safe being out with them. I came to witness a historical moment - seeing more than 2 million people gathered in one place is quite a sight.
