Well Rand, if AGW is a problem I guess that means the Federal government is justified to tax and regulate CO2 emissions. This of course means that there needs to be more taxes/restrictions and regulation of energy usage. But let us all remember, just as the Randroids have stated, Rand Paul is the most libertarian senator in the last 150 years

Rand has never voted for federal regulations. These regulations do not work and are unconstitutional. Read the Constitution.

We're better off the way we are. If climate science were tractable then nation states would use it as a weapon against each other.
