"I Am Paul Craig Roberts"

The neocons are flipping out over a column at the Ron Paul Institute that suggests the Charlie Hebdo Massacre was a false flag operation.

Here's neocon Field Commander Bill Kristol:

So what is this? How often does Commander Kristol click over to RPI? There is less than a 60 minute difference  between the 2 tweets. I hope the commander is making a donation, though I don't expect him to come in at the Hero of Peace  level.

As for the column run by RPI, it was written by Paul Craig Roberts, PCR is a  a former Assistant Secretary of the US Treasury and former associate editor of the Wall Street Journal. WSJ is, of course, considered by those in the know, the War Street Journal, i.e. an outlet controlled by the neocons. And PCR was an assistant Treasury Secretary during the period neocon favorite Ronald Reagan was president.

Is the Commander so infuriated by the column that he is willing to throw under the bus a good soldier during the necon reign of Kristol the Father (Irving)?

As for PCR 's argument, among the points he makes:
The attack on the cartoonists’ office was a disciplined professional attack of the kind associated with highly trained special forces...

Usually Muslim terrorists are prepared to die in the attack; yet the two professionals who hit Charlie Hebdo were determined to escape and succeeded, an amazing feat. Their identity was allegedly established by the claim that they conveniently left for the authorities their ID in the getaway car. Such a mistake is inconsistent with the professionalism of the attack and reminds me of the undamaged passport found miraculously among the ruins of the two WTC towers that served to establish the identity of the alleged 9/11 hijackers...

Another puzzle in the official story that remains unreported by the presstitute media is the alleged suicide of a high ranking member of the French Judicial Police who had an important role in the Charlie Hebdo investigation. For unknown reasons, Helric Fredou, a police official involved in the most important investigation of a lifetime, decided to kill himself in his police office on January 7 or January 8 (both dates are reported in the foreign media) in the middle of the night while writing his report on his investigation. A google search as of 6pm EST January 13 turns up no mainstream US media report of this event.

I am not about to make the same charge that PCR is making, but he does make good points when he cites the above facts. PCR's theory thus deserves publication, debate and analysis. The fact that Commander Kristol is in such a huff over the article, doubles the significance of the article, and it makes me want to declare, "I am Paul Craig Roberts."

  1. "There is less than a 60 minute difference between the 2 tweets."

He actually added a third, via retweet, of Daniel McAdams within that same hour.

He must really be worked into a frenzy.

  2. Why would anyone care what this criminal has to say? Belongs in Gitmo...

  3. There's a difference between asking the question "was it a false flag?" And declaring a statement "it was a false flag." He shouldn't be declaring a statement without proof.

    1. Re: Wags,

Understood, but they're using this to attack Ron Paul personally. I was looking at the usual false-outrage piece published in Reason by Matt Welch, describing the publication of Roberts' as of it had been an exortation to invade Canada with Paul as co-conspirator.

  4. Matt Welsh over at Reason and everyone's pal Justin Raimondo are both a bit miffed, too by the move by RPI. Raimondo and McAdams had a nice, terse, prickly exchange on Twitter earlier.

  5. The PCR piece raises valid points but the title was written with a tad too much certainty. This is just one of those situations where so-called voices of "reason", hint, hint, enforce the "must not question moozlims hats r freedumbs" narrative. Ever. BTW, I don't Twitter but checked out the link above. It reminds me of the hallway chatter in a junior high school. Not a very dignified forum for debate.

  6. Two observations:
    1) If Kristol's got his panties in a wad over what's published at a former congressmans website, then it probably means that he resents the strength of that former congessmans following.

    2) I've been reading Raimondo and McAdams for years and it's really disappointing to see them engaged in a hissy fit over such a small thing. There must be some history I'm unaware of.

  7. I realize the PCR isn't even a free trader. But he wrote this back in 2012 when the Neocons were urging urging urging Obama to give more support to Al Qaeda in Syria. Put him on Fox News every night to defend his views!

Today, war criminals run the State Department and the entire US Government. They are elected to the presidency, the House, and the Senate, and appointed to the federal courts as judges. American soldiers, such as Bradley Manning, who behave as the State Department expects German soldiers to have behaved, are not honored, but are thrown into dungeons and tortured while a court martial case is concocted against them.

Hypocrisy is Washington’s hallmark, and all but the most delusional are now accustomed to their rulers speaking one way and behaving in the opposite. It is now part of the American character to regard ourselves as members of the “virtuous nation,” “the indispensable people,” while our rulers commit war crimes around the globe.

Whereas we have all been made complicit in war crimes by “our” government, it still behooves us to know who are the active war criminals in our midst who have burdened us with our war criminal reputation.

You can learn the identity of many of those who are driving the world into World War Three, while their policies result in the murder of large numbers of Arabs and Muslims in Syria, Afghanistan, Libya, Somalia, Pakistan, Yemen, Iraq, and Lebanon, by perusing the signatures to the contrived letter to Obama from the neoconsevatives calling on Obama to invade Syria in order to “rescue” the Syrian people from their government.

According the the letter signed by 56 neoconservatives, only the Syrian government is responsible for deaths in Syria. The Washington sponsored and armed “rebels” are merely protecting the Syrian people from the Assad government. According to the letter signers, the only way the Syrian people can be saved is if Washington overthrows the Syrian government and installs a puppet state attentive to the needs of Israel and Washington.

Among the 56 signatures are a few names from the Syrian National Congress, believed to be a CIA front, and a few names from dupes among the goyim. The rest of the signatures are those of Jewish neoconservatives tightly allied with Israel, some of whom are apparently dual-Israeli citizens who participate in the formation of US foreign policy. The names on this list comprise a concentration of evil, the goal of which is not only to bring armageddon to the Syrian people but also to the world.

The letter to Obama is part of the propaganda operation to demonize the Syrian government with lies in order to get rid of a government that supports Hizbollah, the Muslims in southern Lebanon who have twice driven the vaunted, but cowardly, Israeli army out of Lebanon, thus preventing the Israeli government from achieving its aim of stealing the water resources of southern Lebanon.

Not a single sentence in the letter is correct. Listen to this one for example: “The Assad regime poses a grave threat to national security interests of the United States.” What utter total absurdity, and the morons who signed the letter pretend to be “security experts.”

How do we evaluate the fact that 56 people have no shame whatsoever and will lie to the President of the United States, telling him to his face the most absurd and obvious false things in order to advance their personal agenda at the expense of not merely the lives of Syrians but, by leading to wider war, of life on earth?

This same neocon architects of armageddon are also working against Iran, Russia, the former Soviet central Asian countries, Ukraine, Belarus, and China. It seems that they can’t wait to start a nuclear war.

  9. I'm not sure about what happened in Paris and am not sold that this a false flag, but it's always good not to believe the government line completely. What disturbs me about this whole indignation directed towards RPI is not the neocons, but "libertarians" (i.e. Reason et al) who seem to completely reject the idea that false flags do actually occur and have occurred throughout history. So why can't someone introduce the idea and ponder the possibility that this might be another one?

  10. At this point there is nothing which comes media or government that can be trusted. Lies are inserted into the narratives by both parties for their own reasons. Production values are added to make the story more appealing for television. Most people never realize it, just go along with it. But there are always flaws that some people spot. But what happens next is the dangerous part, speculation of what it means. This is what the backlash comes from. I've learned not speculate or if I do not to share them. Just point out the flaws, the probable or provable lies and let that sit with people. Let them start speculating.

  11. Roberts doesn't say the attack was a false flag attack. He wrote that "The Charlie Hebdo affair has many of the characteristics of a false flag operation." In a subsequent column he says that there is no definitive evidence one way or the other and that we will never know.

  12. Replace neocom Bill Kristol with Paul Craig Roberts on Fox!
