W Doesn't Understand

By Chris Rossini

CNN:
In an interview with CNN's Candy Crowley, Bush said his reaction to watching video of the incident that led to Garner's death was "how sad."

"You know, the verdict was hard to understand," he said. "But I hadn't seen all the details -- but it's sad that race continues to play such an emotional, divisive part of life."
Here's what Candy Crowley didn't say:
How interesting that you "don't understand" the verdict Dubs. You didn't seem to have any problems "understanding" Iraq.
You understood how to invade a country that had nothing to do with 9/11, nothing to do with al-Qaeda, and that had no weapons of mass destruction. But you understood how to twist and turn the knobs of The State to get it done anyway.

What's not to understand? The cops are The State's octopus arms. Cops get away with murder, just like the military, and the accomplices that command them.

The Garner verdict seems like a simple one to understand. And perhaps....just perhaps....it's sad that "The State" continues to play such an emotional, divisive part of life.
