Over...and over...and over, The White House would
Now....after the hysteria has passed...the Ebola Czar, is saying:
“I never feel as un-czar-y as when I’m trying to deal with this complicated patchwork of federal, state and local systems.”In other words, there is no well-oiled "infrastructure".
Just a federal central-planning blob and a "patchwork" of state and local bureaucratic fiefdoms. The whole monstrosity overseen by a "Czar".
Bottom line? We should all be thankful that Ebola is tough to catch.
