Bay City News reports:A protest march targeting police shootings is underway in downtown Oakland Thursday night.
The "No Time Off" march was scheduled to start around 5 p.m. at 14th Street and Broadway, but crowds didn't appear until after 6 p.m.

CBS San Francisco reports that over 30 windows have been broken and that looting took place at the BevMo liquor store.
