Ron Paul will give a lecture at University of South Florida next Wednesday.
The free lecture begins at 8 p.m. in the Marshall Center Ballroom on the Tampa campus, according to the university.
The University Lecture Series will pay Paul $40,000, USF spokesman Adam Freeman said in an email to the Tampa Business Journal.
"His appearance is part of the student-run University Lecture Series, a program funded through student fees," Freeman wrote. "USF Student Government determines how those student fees are spent."
